Am Dienstag steigt mein Kinoabend, und diesmal gibt es kein Film in dem Sinne, sondern es wird der Pilot und die zweite Folge von The Sopranos gezeigt.
Sopranos ist die erfolgreichste (Kabel-)Serie aller Zeiten und gewann 21 Emmys und 5 Golden Globes. Die Serie dreht sich um die Mafiafamilie um Anthony Soprano, aber auch um seine wirkliche Familie, die ihm zu schaffen macht. Die Serie kann außerdem als Kritik an der amerikanischen Gesellschaft verstanden werden. Jede Season ist wie ein 13-stündiger Mafiafilm, auch wenn die Einzellfilme wie kleine 60 min Filme geschaut werden können.
Gezeigt werden die Folgen im englischen Originalton, mit Untertiteln eurer Wahl.
ob wir noch weitere Folgen an den Abend schauen, werden wir dann sehen.
